Transforming New York's famed Chelsea Hotel
NEW YORK (12/10/08) - KoroGraphics® became the artistic medium of artist/designer Lu Hopkins when she and Custom Laminations, Inc. teamed up with KoroGraphics to transform the Richard Bernstein Studio in New York's famed Chelsea Hotel into a walk-in work of art. Under Lu's direction, the design possibilities of KoroGraphic's textured substrates were explored as the studio's archways and walls were adorned with over a dozen of her designs. In a striking Wallcovering-cum-art reverie, dramatic spools of KoroGraphics wallcovering flowed from ceiling to floor. This dramatic presentation wowed viewers during New York's Design Week.
